Apostle (s/Bishop) John L. Fonzer

A Godly man, full of wisdom, Apostle (s/Bishop) John L. Fonzer is a modern day Apostle called to the Body of Christ. A man of one wife, 3 children and several grandchildren, Bishop Fonzer has been the senior pastor of Christ Connection Ministries for over 18 years. He has led this congregation to embrace the Five Fold Ministry of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teachers, realizing the need for the manifestation of Jesus' character in the lives of all believers.

Bishop Fonzer has a vision for global ministry and the nations of the world as evident by his leadership to establish God centered schools in Africa, communication with ministries throughout the United States and the world. He offers his teaching notes freely to whom so ever will use them, for the edification of the body. Bishop Fonzer is a prolific writer with many books, articles for several magazines and Sunday school literature. Apostle (s/Bishop) John L. Fonzer is truly on the cutting edge of God's Kingdom for today's society.

Pastor Valerie J. Fonzer

The wife of our Senior Pastor, First Lady Valerie serves as the Associate Senior Pastor. She serves as the church administrator, pastor of women and as the overseer the Music Ministries at Large. Her melodious voice is heard leading us to worship both services on Sunday.

The mother of three adult children and grandmother of seven, she has been saved from her early youth under the late Bishop Curtis Turner in Danville IL. A consistent Christian, she is an example of a good wife, having been married since 1976. She is indeed "the wind beneath her husband's wings."

Pastor Earl L. Schenck

Having been with the ministry for nearly 20 years, Pastor Schenck is a man of consistent character. Loyal to a fault, he is a true champion of the cause. Anointed by God with the gift of healing and called "The Seer", Pastor Schenck's official title is resident pastor. He is responsible for much of the day to day operations of the church. Pastor Schenck fine tunes and fills in the blanks of the vision. An educator in the Union County IN school system, his pulpit thrust is teaching.

Pastor Schenck has been married for over 30 years and is the father to two very ministry inclined daughters.

Pastor Bessie Hooten

Bringing much edification to us from the Methodist tradition and fondly tagged "The Elect Lady" and "Dr. Hooten" by our apostle, Pastor Hooten is a wise counselor, an able preacher and teacher, and is prophetically inclined. A former pastor in the CME denomination, this spirit-filled handmaiden oversees our Apostolic Academy and the Elijah Institute of Ministry, and heads our Ministerial Alliance. She is an honors graduate of the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary of Louisville, KY.
